PROPELLER Substitution POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of propellers, selecting the right propeller for your boat the beginning fourth dimension doesn't always happen. With this in listen, Loma Marine.Com has provided a Free exchange policy to the original purchaser of whatsoever Stainless Steel propeller,
(Signature brand, stocking size only)

Full general Commutation POLICIES:
To ensure the highest degree of operation for your boat, Colina Marine.com will offer the original purchaser of any Signature brand propeller a once free substitution.Only standard diameter and pitch sizes can be exchanged. (Standard diameter and pitch sizes are listed in the propellers section of our catalogue).

The client is responsible for ordering the correct propeller. If a wrong propeller is ordered, Hill Marine tin can commutation it free of charge. This commutation policy is limited to forty five (45) days after the original shipping engagement. All propellers must be in similar new condition without nicks, bends or scratches.

Please utilize care when ordering any propeller. Our experienced sales staff is available to assistance yous if you accept any questions. However, nosotros cannot be held responsible for final recommendations. When like propellers are exchanged, there is no exchange fee. When "upgrading", yous pay the difference of the propeller. If you lot "down-course" in price any remaining credit will be applied to an in-house credit for future utilise.

We offer no exchanges on performance parts, bulldoze parts, and custom performance or race propellers.

GENERAL TERMS:
A return authorization number must accompany any and all products being shipped back for exchange along with the copy of the original invoice.
Hill Marine reserves the right to change any standard pitch and diameter size at whatever time without prior find.

RETURNS Any propeller being returned for credit may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original shipping date. The propeller must be in new unused status with all original packaging. Any propeller returned with grease remainder or whatever inclination of use will not be accepted. All returns must take a return authorization number. Freight must be prepaid and a copy of the original invoice included.

All return items are subject field to a 15% restocking charge. Any production sent dorsum that is damaged or
incomplete will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for acceptable packaging of all returned product.

CLAIMS

Claims for shortage or errors in shipment must be made inside 7 days of receipt of shipment and must include a re-create of the invoice.

WARRANTY

Hello, This is Jonathan Richards, nosotros spoke via telephone, and I ordered your 4X4 20p propset for my Bravo 3 350mpi powered 23 foot Tahoe deck boat. They replaced my 3 bract 22p. I bought these props I believe in February, and haven't tried them out till this last Sunday. WOW what a deviation, I believe you nailed this 1 on the head! Slap-up job. I'm pitiful I haven't tried it till this last weekend. I am very happy, snappy, planes quick, very, very happy. I just wanted to blazon you a notation to say thank y'all, And if I manage to ruin these, I'll be sure to buy the adjacent ones from you lot!
